Project Overview:

At Autobiz, the global leader in automotive valuation, I served as Product Owner for white-label vehicle trade-in platforms deployed across Europe. These B2C websites enabled customers to evaluate and trade in their vehicles directly with major automotive brands including PSA (Peugeot & Citroën), Jaguar-Land Rover, and KIA.
Managing a distributed team of 5 developers based in Tunis, I delivered and continuously improved these high-traffic platforms across France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria—each requiring localization, compliance with regional regulations, and adaptation to brand-specific requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

Product Management & Delivery
Owned product roadmap and backlog prioritization for multiple white-label platforms
Developed project plans and wrote detailed functional specifications

Developed and executed SEO strategy focused on traffic acquisition and lead generation
Performed technical and semantic SEO optimization across all platforms
Tracked and analyzed SEO performance, iterating based on data
Optimized conversion funnels to maximize lead quality and volume

Led a team of 5 developers based in Tunis, managing remote collaboration

Challenges:

Multi-Brand, Multi-Market Complexity Managing white-label platforms for different automotive brands across 6 countries required balancing shared infrastructure with brand-specific requirements, localization needs, and varying regulatory constraints—all while maintaining code efficiency.
SEO Across Markets and Languages Developing an effective SEO strategy that worked across multiple languages, search engines, and regional search behaviors required deep technical and semantic optimization—adapting content and technical architecture for each market.
Distributed Team Coordination Leading a development team in Tunis while serving clients and stakeholders across Europe presented coordination challenges across time zones, languages, and work cultures—requiring clear communication protocols and efficient asynchronous collaboration.
Balancing Stability and Growth Driving aggressive growth (SEO, new features) while maintaining platform stability for high-traffic, revenue-critical automotive brand websites demanded careful prioritization and risk management.
