At autobiz, the global leader in automotive valuation, I managed and continuously improved white-label vehicle trade-in websites for PSA and KIA across Europe. Leading a team of five developers based in Tunis, I delivered high-quality solutions for clients including PSA (Peugeot & Citroën), Jaguar-Land Rover, and KIA, in markets such as France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria.

I deployed and managed IT solutions, developed project plans, wrote functional specifications, prioritized backlogs, facilitated Agile ceremonies, and created client dashboards.

Focused on growth and traffic acquisition, I performed technical and semantic SEO, tracked and optimized SEO performance, achieving a 169% increase in users and a 42% increase in leads from 2017 to 2018.
