Product Owner for Real-Time Geolocation Platform

At Deveryware, a leader in investigation technologies, I served as a Product Owner for Deveryloc, a geolocation platform for GPS and GSM beacons. I worked on the "Real-Time" aspect of the application. We underwent a technical migration from GWT to Angular. I managed a team of 7 developers split between Vietnam and France.

Responsibilities:

- Owned the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features.

- Wrote user stories and detailed specifications.

- Led Agile ceremonies and organized UX design workshops.

- Evaluated costs, managed budgets, and defined KPIs.

- Participated in steering committees.

Key achievements:

- Successfully deployed the new platform on time.
