Migration of CHANEL websites & launch of new features

Orchestrated the European website migration for the Watch & Fine Jewellery division and delivered new features on chanel.com:

- Scrum Agile framework

- Acted as liaison between business and IT teams

- Translated features into user stories

- Prioritized the Product backlog

- Animated Agile ceremonies

- Coordinated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisted in testing efforts

- Identified issues and bugs

Launched 10 websites for Europe and Latin America, including the major one (France)

Redesigned Care & Services webpages

Launched a Landing page for a new service (MyBF Configurator)
