Vehicle Software & App OTA updates - Improvement of the UX/UI

Global Platform Product Manager for Over-The-Air (OTA) software & app updates. I was leading the various user interfaces including in-vehicle infotainment, mobile app, and web portal. My role focused on enhancing user interfaces and UX for upcoming vehicle models.

- Leading the HMI OTA initiative for new vehicle models, enhancing user satisfaction and interface consistency.

- Developing detailed product requirements and maintaining a robust Portfolio Backlog to guide development efforts.

- Develop Product Vision and Roadmap: Collaborated with key stakeholders to create a comprehensive product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

- Define Product Requirements: Authored PRFAQs and populated the Portfolio Backlog with detailed Epics, sub-epics, and customer stories to guide development.

- User research and evaluation of the customer journey in collaboration with ergonomic UX experts;

- User Interface Design: Participated in meetings with the UX/UI design team to create graphical designs for HMI screens and collaborated with Channel teams to design user interfaces and UX for mobile app and web portal.
