Lactalis Academy:

Lactalis is a multinational dairy products corporation, owned by the Besnier family and based in Laval, Mayenne. The Lactalis Group has 250 production sites with more than 85000 employees in 94 countries including South Africa. We were tasked to develop the the Academy for South Africa.

Senior members within Lactalis will be joining the academy and are used to a more corporate feel of the brand. The attitude and still will need to break this mold. Product extensions will be added at a later stage, e.g., Sales, Supply-Chain, Marketing. So key consideration in terms of branding, as extensions into various product lines will occur over time.

To develop Sales teams with professionals with the attributes and skills of a manager, leader, and expert, while being able to define areas of strength and weakness for continuous development.
