Citident wanted to refresh the look and feel of its brand. They wanted a stronger online presence and one that represents the energy and enthusiasm they bring to their work every day.
Social media strategies, communication design and overall visual improvement were the drive of this project.
For a refreshing focus on social media presence, a more vibrant and eye-catching colour palette was needed to stand out.
The colours would represent the image and internal personality of the business and staff along with the various private treatments advertised.
Social media icons are used as Instagram Highlights Icons to categorise before and afters, patient testimonials and content related to certain treatments. They can also be printed out as wall art to establish a brand aesthetic thought the workplace.

This beautiful template was designed with an Instagram feed in mind. Having extra whitespace between the content and the actual post borders increases scanability, readability and makes the feed overall more flexible, leaving room to breathe.

A sales feed is a useless feed. And although your aim is to make more money by selling your service, people are not looking to spend when they are on Instagram, you need to entice them enough for them to want to spend money.
Focus your sales messaging on Google, where people tend to search for things they want to buy, while on Social Media focus on creating a connection, not pushing sales. While obviously, you will do promos as seen in the guide, you will package them in such a way that it doesn't seem like your trying to sell something, but it gives a hint.

Focus on inspiring, bringing value, entertaining and putting out content that other professionals do not have the courage to do.
