The client, an automation-savvy agency owner, needed help designing a Twilio Studio workflow that could dynamically route incoming calls based on data retrieved via Zapier from Airtable. While they were already proficient in Zapier, the challenge was integrating it smoothly with Twilio Studio's call flow logic.
