Developed a comprehensive Tableau Pricing Tool designed to empower the sales team in offering competitive and tailored pricing to merchants. This tool aimed to enhance pricing strategies, improve sales performance, and streamline the decision-making process.

Key Features:

• Dynamic Pricing Model: Integrated various pricing strategies by taking into account multiple factors, including merchant address and category, specifically using the Merchant Category Code (MCC). This allowed for real-time adjustments based on customer segments and market conditions.

• User-Friendly Interface: Created an intuitive dashboard that enabled the sales team to easily navigate and access key pricing metrics, ensuring quick decision-making.

• Data Visualization: Employed advanced visualization techniques to present complex data in an easily digestible format, facilitating better understanding and communication of pricing strategies.

• Impactful Insights: Provided actionable insights that informed sales strategies, resulting in improved merchant engagement and increased sales conversion rates.

Outcomes:

• Enhanced the ability of the sales team to offer competitive pricing tailored to specific business categories, leading to increased merchant satisfaction and retention.

• Contributed to strategic pricing decisions that aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), I am unable to share specific details or images related to this project. But this project was for Klearly, a fintech in Amsterdam, operating in tap to pay space and have raised for 2.1 million euros in funding from marquee investors.
