Developed a Slack bot using Python for Klearly, a €2.1 million pre-seed fintech in Amsterdam, designed to alert team members about merchants at risk of churn. This proactive approach aimed to enhance customer retention efforts by ensuring timely intervention.
Key Features:
• Risk Identification: Implemented algorithms to analyze merchant data and identify those at risk of churn, enabling the team to prioritize retention efforts.
• Automated Alerts: Created a Python script that utilized the Slack API to send real-time alerts to relevant team members when a merchant was flagged as at risk, fostering prompt action.
• Seamless Data Integration: Ensured that the bot passed data directly to Slack, integrating smoothly with existing workflows and enhancing team communication.
• User-Friendly Notifications: Designed notifications that provided actionable insights, making it easy for team members to respond quickly and effectively.
