Developed an automated sales pipeline for Klearly, a €2.1 million pre-seed fintech in Amsterdam, utilizing Zapier to streamline data automation and enhance the efficiency of sales operations. This project significantly reduced manual effort and improved the accuracy of data handling.

Key Features:

• Outbound Leads Automation: Integrated Zapier to automate the flow of outbound leads, ensuring a seamless transfer of data between different platforms.

• Automatic Deal Creation: Established automated workflows that enabled the automatic creation of deals in Pipedrive, reducing the time spent on manual data entry and minimizing errors.

• Lemlist-Pipedrive Integration: Connected Lemlist with Pipedrive to create a cohesive sales process that enhanced lead tracking and communication efforts.

• Custom Workflows: Developed customized workflows in Zapier that tailored the automation process to meet the specific needs of the sales team.

Outcomes:

• Saved over 200 hours of manual work through the implementation of automated processes, allowing the sales team to focus on higher-value activities.

• Increased the accuracy of data entry and reporting, leading to more informed decision-making.
