The Earth Prize, a Swiss-based, global environmental competition for schools worldwide, needed a knowledge base solution and general support with their systems during a revamp of the Competition for 2025.
Designed and implemented a Knowledge Base solution using Notion from scratch
Implemented enhancements and improvements to processes along SurveyMonkey, Okta, Google Apps Scripts, among other technologies.
Developed an internal Wiki comprising onboarding documentation, Manuals and SOPs
General troubleshooting and tech support to team members during the Competitions execution.
