GoodWorks, a public health 501(c)3 non-profit in the Baltimore, MA area, needed an upgrade in their organization's tools and workflow.
They needed solutions to increase the efficiency of time-consuming tasks. Particularly data extraction, email marketing, cold-outreach and record-keeping.
Additional support regarding their website, hosting and other technical matters was required.
A low-cost technical solution was designed, implementing Benchmark for e-mail marketing, and a data extraction software adapted to their needs.
Training and documentation was provided to ensure success.
