I have created the business plan for the sales to identify the target KPIs to be achieved and all the potential gaps to be closed. I have created the sales strategy to attract potential clients as well as identify the key subjects for the content to build the personal brand of the artist and create a connection with the future sales of the product. Moreover I have deeply analysed the current product offering including the customer journey map and proposed ideas to optimise the customer experience and improve the quality of the product.
The full strategy for growth and product improvements has been provided so that the client could implement it any time. More robust product as well as more clear customer journey helped the client secure a partnership with a famous online school with high reach and brand value to sell her digital product.
