Kristina already had a strong online presence with 30K followers and numerous cases of successful personal branding consulting. She wanted to change her positioning and brand image and create a completely new digital product that could appeal to a new segment of the audience.
WHAT WAS DONE:
Over a month that we worked together we have implemented fully new business approach: redefined the unique selling proposition as well as the key benefits that the clients can get from Kristina’s services. In order to appeal to a more advanced audience and secure that they achieve the results they are looking for we have created a completely new product as a group mentorship.
AS A RESULT:
Based on the the deep new target audience analysis I came up with a detailed product offering including structure, pricing, content and various gamification options to keep the mentees engaged and active over 6 weeks mentorship period. Kristina implemented the new communication strategy with her brand revamped and the key result was the NEW level of leads and the goals they want to achieve.
