Overview

Designed and developed a promotional email campaign for a premium pet nutrition brand, focused on introducing the product, educating customers on its health benefits, and driving product discovery. The email was designed in Figma and implemented in Kit (formerly ConvertKit) as a responsive, reusable template optimized for engagement and conversions.

Goal

Create an email that did more than promote a product. The objective was to build trust through education, showcase the brand's value, and encourage subscribers to explore and purchase with a clear, conversion focused journey.

The Challenge

Pet food purchases are driven by trust as much as price. Rather than relying on discounts alone, the email needed to communicate nutritional value, reinforce credibility, and make it easy for subscribers to browse products and take action across devices.

The Solution

I designed a modular email experience that guided subscribers through a clear conversion path:
Hero section introducing the brand and featured product
Benefit driven messaging highlighting nutritional outcomes
Educational content to build confidence
Customer testimonials for social proof
Multiple CTAs placed throughout the email to encourage exploration and purchase
The design emphasized readability, visual hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness while maintaining a consistent premium brand identity.

Implementation in Kit

The approved Figma design was recreated in Kit using reusable content blocks and responsive layouts.
Key implementation considerations included:
Responsive email optimized for desktop and mobile
Clickable CTAs linked to product pages
Reusable sections for future campaigns
Optimized image sizing for faster load times
Consistent typography and spacing across email clients

Outcome

The result was a scalable promotional email template that combined storytelling, product education, and conversion focused design. By pairing strategic content with thoughtful email UX, the campaign was built to strengthen customer trust, increase product discovery, and support future marketing campaigns with a reusable design system.
