Promotional Email Experience Designed to Drive Product Discovery and Conversion

Overview

Designed a premium promotional email for a skincare brand in Figma and implemented it in Klaviyo as a reusable, responsive template. The goal was to increase product discovery while reinforcing a luxury brand experience instead of relying solely on discounts.

The Challenge

Most promotional emails push products immediately, making brands feel transactional. The challenge was to create an email that educated, built trust, and encouraged exploration before asking customers to buy.

Design Strategy

The email follows a simple conversion journey:
Hero section to capture attention
Value proposition to build confidence
Product grid for discovery
Promotional offer to increase purchase intent
Customer reviews to reinforce trust
Rather than one CTA, the layout provides multiple entry points based on different customer motivations.

Implementation

The design was built in Figma and translated into Klaviyo using reusable content blocks, responsive layouts, and editable modules, making it easy for the marketing team to launch future campaigns without rebuilding the template.

Outcome

The result is a scalable promotional email that combines brand storytelling with conversion focused UX, helping customers discover products while giving marketers a reusable template for future campaigns.
