New Arrivals and B2B Growth Email Campaign for a Fashion Fabric House

Overview

A premium fabric house wanted to announce new arrivals while also positioning itself as a production partner for growing fashion brands. The goal was twofold, drive repeat purchases from existing customers and generate sourcing inquiries from emerging labels.

My Role

UI UX Designer and Email Conversion Strategist
Structured the messaging for both retail buyers and brand owners
Designed a clean, premium layout aligned with fabric quality positioning
Balanced product showcase with B2B value propositions
Optimized the template for inquiries and swatch kit requests

Tools Used

Stripo for modular email design and responsive build
Mailchimp for campaign deployment
Gmail for rendering validation

Strategy and Key Decisions

1. Dual Audience Messaging

The email introduced new fabric arrivals while highlighting services for growing brands, including low minimum order quantities, private labeling, custom weaving, finishing, and fast international shipping.
Decision: Segmented the message visually to speak to both product buyers and fashion brand founders without creating confusion.
Tradeoff: Limited product volume displayed to maintain clarity and focus.

2. Premium Positioning Through Quality

Copy emphasized consistency, texture, and premium finish to reinforce brand positioning. The swatch kit offer served as a tactile proof point.
Decision: Positioned fabric quality as a revenue driver rather than a cost factor.
Supporting Insight: Many clients increased repeat purchases by upgrading fabric quality without significantly increasing retail prices.

3. Action Driven CTAs

Included two clear calls to action:
Request the latest swatch kit
Book a 10 minute sourcing consultation
Decision: Focused on high intent actions that lead directly to production conversations.
Tradeoff: Reduced secondary promotional content to keep attention on inquiry generation.

Impact

The campaign strengthened brand perception, encouraged repeat purchases, and generated qualified sourcing leads by clearly linking fabric quality to long term customer retention and brand growth.
