Sahlpay is a SaaS platform designed to streamline Transactions. I designed a promotional email template for their product launch, highlighting the platform’s purpose and creating urgency with a countdown timer.

Gmail and other clients for rendering checks
Stripo was selected for its modular system, scalability, and seamless export capabilities.
Design Strategy & Key Decisions
1. Clear Value Proposition
Explained why Sahlpay exists and the problem it solves, building relevance and trust.
2. Countdown Timer for Urgency
Decision: Added a live timer to create scarcity and prompt immediate action.
Tradeoff: Limited space for additional messaging to keep focus on urgency and CTA.
3. Focused CTA
Primary “Get Started” button prioritized above the fold to drive clicks.
4. Modular & Responsive Build
Template built for reuse across campaigns and optimized for all major email clients.
Impact
The email clearly communicated Sahlpay’s value, generated excitement for the product launch, and encouraged immediate user engagement through urgency and a single, action driven CTA.
