KICC Digital-Platform Pitch Deck — Strategy & Design

Objective: Design a 16-slide strategy deck that convinces internal stakeholders to green-light KICC’s new mobile-first platform for worship, content, and donations.
Scope: Narrative framing, copy editing, data-viz, full slide design (Google Slides + Figma assets)
Duration: 1 week

The Challenge

Show digital opportunity for a 40-year-old ministry without alienating non-tech board members.
Contrast “current state” vs. “future solution” in a single glance.
Keep visuals brand-consistent yet fresh—KICC’s palette is navy & gold, but slides still need white-space for readability.
Execution Details
Figma component library with auto-layout for easy copy swaps.
Google Slides master so non-designers can update stats post-launch.
All charts built in Slides → no broken links when exported to PDF.

Outcome

Deck approved unanimously at the next board session.
Secured $250 k internal budget for MVP build.
Stakeholder survey rated the deck 4.8 / 5 for clarity and visual appeal.
