Investor Pitch Deck & Brand Repositioning

Need: The founders approached me at the very beginning with only a rough direction and website. They needed a full investor-ready pitch deck, including content, storytelling, and design, to secure partners and funding.

The Challenge

Initially focused on healthcare clinics under the brand ClinicVA.AI, the company’s draft materials lacked structure, clear storytelling, and strong visual identity. The founders wanted a deck that was not only visually compelling but also flexible enough to evolve with their early-stage strategy.
After successfully landing a partner, the company rebranded as CX Assist, broadening its positioning from healthcare-specific to a multi-vertical, service-based solution. This meant the pitch deck had to be rebuilt and repositioned to reflect the wider market opportunity while staying investor-friendly.

The Solution

I guided the project through two phases:
Initial Deck Creation
Built the narrative architecture from scratch, no existing content or brief to work from. Structured the story around the core investor framework: Problem, Solution, Market, Product, Team, Traction. Developed all messaging and copy, then translated it into a professional visual system that gave the early brand clarity and confidence. The deck played a key role in attracting a strategic partner.
Rebrand & Repositioning
The rebrand wasn't a visual refresh. It required rethinking the market framing entirely. Rewrote and restructured the narrative to reflect a broader, multi-vertical opportunity, then rebuilt the visual identity to match the new brand direction. Strategic coherence and investor appeal had to work together throughout.

The Outcome

The first deck helped secure a strategic partner, sparking the rebrand to CX Assist. The repositioned deck successfully reflected the broader market strategy while maintaining credibility with investors. The storytelling foundation and visual system established continue to scale with the company's growth. The collaboration is ongoing, extending beyond the deck to broader marketing assets.
Most recently, the collaboration has expanded into active fundraising outreach: researching and approaching investors on behalf of the founding team as they pursue their current raise.
