Investor Pitch Deck for ATS Startup

Client: Trackia
Industry: SaaS, Tech Startup, Applicant Tracking System for SMEs
Year: 2023
Need: The founders approached me with a rough business plan, an early draft pitch deck, and a simple color palette. They wanted a professional, investor-ready presentation that told their story clearly to potential angel investors.

The Challenge

The draft deck was content-heavy and structurally inconsistent, the story wasn't clear and the investor narrative was buried. The goal was to reorganise the thinking, sharpen the messaging, and build a presentation that communicated value and market opportunity with confidence.

The Solution

Narrative Restructure: Reviewed the business plan and reorganised the deck into a clear investor storyline: Problem, Solution, Market, Product, Model, Team. Rewrote and refined copy throughout to sharpen messaging and improve flow.
Content Guidance: Advised on what to include, what to cut, and how to frame key points for an angel investor audience. Contributed strategic input beyond the brief.
Data Visualisation: Designed charts and infographics that made key metrics clear and persuasive.
Visual Design: Built a cohesive design system with clean typography, consistent structure, and a gradient palette that gave the brand a modern, credible presence.

Merve is so talented! She can create amazing things based on your ideas, but also gives her own suggestions, which are great.”
