Over the past years, I’ve worked on all sorts of exciting projects for this company, shaping both the recruiter and candidate experience.
Recruiter experience
Redesigned the main recruiter application, significantly improving usability and aligning the UI across the product — bringing recruiter NPS and satisfaction to their highest levels.
Key improvements:
Improved navigation by logically grouping items, removing duplicate entry points, and establishing a clearer hierarchy
Redesigned the dashboard and key pages to prioritize what matters most, enabling at-a-glance insights and quick access to critical recruiter actions
Led a full revamp of ATS functionality, introducing a new hiring pipeline and candidate application that increased recruiter engagement and efficiency.
Key improvements:
Improved navigation and layout to keep primary actions always accessible while giving more space to core content
Introduced a Kanban-based hiring pipeline enabling clear visibility, customization of stages, and easy searching, filtering, and movement of candidates
Redesigned the candidate application view to prioritize the most relevant information and actions, enabling faster and more confident hiring decisions
Reimagined the organization profile, resulting in higher profile completeness and increased candidate interest.
Key improvements:
Created an engaging, exploratory UI that helps candidates better understand the organization, culture, benefits, and more
Enabled recruiters to easily create and manage a highly personalized organization profile through clearly separated, easy-to-edit sections
Developed highly requested features such as the salary checker, equal opportunities reporting, and more.
Based on in-depth analysis, user research, and recruiter interviews, I translated recruiter needs into a range of well-defined, practical, high-value features.
Candidate experience
Completed a significant redesign of the candidate area to improve usability and increase candidate satisfaction.
Key improvements:
Refreshed the homepage to feel more modern and engaging
Combined different job type searches into a single search and enabled multi-term queries to make finding relevant roles easier
Reorganized the candidate portal around users’ primary needs while maintaining visual consistency across the platform
Improved job cards and the job details view to clarify information hierarchy and support better search and discovery
Authentication
Fully redesigned sign-up and log-in flows for both candidates and recruiters, resulting in an increased registration rate.
Key improvements:
Optimized sign-up to prioritize fast account creation before deeper setup
Unified sign-up and log-in forms across user roles with a quick, intuitive role switch
Reduced distraction in core flows through lightweight, simplified authentication
Design system
Built and evolved a scalable, accessible design system, advocating for its adoption to ensure UI consistency and streamline delivery.
Transitioned the product from a page-based approach to a component-driven system, restoring visual consistency and establishing a foundation for long-term scalability and faster delivery.
