I began with a deep dive into the pain points of both patients and healthcare providers, mapping their workflows to uncover unmet needs and opportunities to improve the overall care experience.
Through interviews and qualitative research, I created detailed personas representing the motivations, goals, and challenges of each user group. These personas guided design decisions throughout the project.
I also conducted a competitive analysis to evaluate existing market solutions, identify usability gaps, and clarify where the product could meaningfully differentiate.
