Redesign the existing web application to improve usability, reduce complexity, and establish a modern, bold visual identity aligned with the product’s vision.

I started with an in-depth review of the existing product, analyzing core flows, navigation, and interaction patterns to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.

This phase informed all subsequent UX and UI decisions and helped define clear priorities for the redesign.

I explored multiple visual directions, testing different styles, color palettes, and UI approaches to identify a look and feel that best supported the product’s positioning and long-term vision.

Built the foundation for a scalable product interface by establishing a design system that introduced consistency, clarity, and reusability across the product.

This included:

Defining core components and interaction patterns

Creating a structured, reusable component library

Ensuring consistency across all screens and flows

Designed a clear and informative icon set.

Optimized the UI by building flexible, “smart” components to reduce redundancy and improve maintainability.

Redesigned key user flows and applied the new visual system across all main screens to create a more cohesive and user-focused experience.

Key improvements:

Simplified navigation to reduce cognitive load and speed up access to core features

Refocused the dashboard on primary user goals by removing clutter and secondary actions

Improved handling of long-running processes to keep users productive and informed

Accelerated model discovery and management through clearer states and interactions

Streamlined creation flows by eliminating hidden steps and unnecessary complexity

Reoriented model views around outcomes (performance and predictions) rather than configuration

Established consistent interaction patterns to improve usability and learnability

As part of the broader redesign effort, I also updated the existing logo to better align with the new visual strategy.

Established the design direction for the new company website.
