I led the revamp of guest menus, introducing creative and culturally engaging updates. For breakfast, I reimagined the menu by incorporating uniquely named dishes such as Nomad Boerewors Bliss, Nomad Mushroom Delight Toast, and Nomad Spice Infusion French Toast, offering a memorable and appealing dining experience. The choice dinner menus were enriched with traditional and Swahili-themed introductions, well-crafted dish descriptions, and a thoughtfully revamped Children’s menu, ensuring inclusivity for all guests.
