Project Overview:
As the lead planner and creative visionary for Rivertrees’ 2022 Festive Season, I organized and managed an event that reflected the brand’s charm while creating a memorable festive experience. The theme, Emerald Green by Alan S. (me), featured gold, beige, and white accents, setting the tone for the entire celebration.

My responsibilities encompassed event planning, creative and art direction, and overseeing the execution to ensure every detail aligned with the vision I had curated.

Key Contributions:
I was responsible for designing key materials, including posters, advertisements, and menus, while overseeing the printing process to ensure quality and consistency. I worked closely with the decorator to review inspirations and provide input, ensuring the decor complemented the chosen theme and Rivertrees' rustic aesthetic. Throughout the planning phase, I collaborated with the talents involved, providing guidance and ensuring their contributions aligned with the event’s overall vision.

During the execution, I oversaw the placement of decor and materials, ensuring that all elements—from crafted reindeers and Christmas trees to table settings—reflected the theme and enhanced the guest experience. My role also involved working directly with on-ground teams to manage timelines and ensure smooth event delivery.

Outcome:
The festive experience at Rivertrees was met with widespread acclaim. The elegant and immersive ambiance left a lasting visual impact, elevating the brand’s reputation for delivering premium themed events. The Communal Dining setup paired with live music created a warm and interactive New Year’s Eve celebration, delighting guests and fostering a sense of community. Through streamlined coordination and creative leadership, the event not only enhanced customer satisfaction but also solidified Rivertrees’ position as a leader in delivering high-quality, theme-oriented hospitality experiences.
