Overview

Project Details:
Industry: Web3 / Decentralized AI & Cloud Infrastructure
Services Provided: UX Research, Figma Design, Webflow Development, CMS Setup, On-Page SEO
Client Background:
Impossible Cloud Network (ICN) is building the world's largest decentralized data center network for AI. They offer enterprise-grade, bare metal AI infrastructure across key global markets in Europe, the US, and Asia. With 7M+ ecosystem ARR, 1,000+ enterprise clients, and $1B+ in trading volume, ICN targets both enterprise customers seeking high-performance cloud solutions and operators looking to contribute infrastructure to the network.

Challenge

ICN's original landing page wasn't effectively communicating their vision or market traction:
Lack of narrative flow – The initial site failed to guide visitors through ICN's complex decentralized cloud proposition
Underrepresented traction – Impressive metrics (7M+ ARR, 1,000+ clients, $1B+ trading volume) weren't prominently showcased
Complex product, unclear messaging – Bare metal AI infrastructure is technical; the site needed to simplify the value proposition for diverse audiences
No content management system – The team couldn't independently update blog content or token information pages

Strategy

Our Figma to Webflow approach focused on transforming technical complexity into compelling storytelling:
UX research to understand the needs of both enterprise customers and infrastructure operators
Visual hierarchy that leads with key stats and credibility markers
Illustrated flows to explain decentralized infrastructure concepts
Scalable Webflow CMS for ongoing content independence

Solution

UX/UI Design:
Created bold, modern Figma designs with clear visual messaging
Designed an interactive global map showcasing live and upcoming data center locations
Built distinct pathways for two audiences: Customers ("Looking for bare metal?") and Operators ("Looking to contribute bare metal?")
Highlighted social proof through partner ecosystem logos and key metrics
Webflow Development:
Developed a fully responsive Webflow site with smooth animations and micro-interactions
Implemented BEM class structure for maintainable, scalable code
Built Webflow CMS collections for blog content and token information pages
Created dedicated sections: Docs, $ICNT token, Careers, MiCA whitepaper, Partner Ecosystem
Integrated newsletter subscription and social channel links
On-Page SEO:
Optimized meta titles, descriptions, and heading structure
Ensured fast page load through image optimization and efficient development practices

Outcome & Impact

Clear value proposition – Visitors immediately understand ICN's position as a global bare metal AI infrastructure network
Enhanced credibility – Key metrics (7M+ ARR, 1,000+ clients, 23k TPS, $1B+ trading volume) displayed prominently above the fold
Dual audience navigation – Streamlined pathways for both customers and operators
Content independence – Blog CMS enables the team to publish updates without developer support
Fully responsive design – Seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

Deliverables

Responsive Webflow website (all breakpoints)
Interactive global data center map
