Dolphin is an ecosystem of tools designed to help over 250,000 people worldwide automate their social media ad setup while simultaneously bypassing blocks and restrictions

The main issue with the Dolphin product is its complex and unintuitive interface. Here are some examples of feedback from both beginners and paying subscribers:

In the old version, when a new user first enters the service, they're left to figure things out on their own. That's why we're creating tips and tooltips for key functions to introduce the user to the interface and help them navigate it.

Creating a profile is a key action for new users of the product. At this stage, 25% of new users were leaving the product, which was found to be due to the confusing interface and the terminology used in the features. We're addressing this by adding tooltips and simplifying the interface.

As a result of the redesign, we achieved the following approximate outcomes:

A 25% increase in conversion to the key action (profile creation)

A 10% decrease in support inquiries
