This product allows key personnel from the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and citizens to monitor financial facilities across the Republic

Problem Statement

Previously, there was an issue with collecting information about all construction projects in the Republic. It was difficult and inconvenient for key personnel from the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic to control this process

Task

Design the OpenBuilt service that addresses the above problem and tasks for two types of users:

For all users:

Monitor construction projects (track work stages, view information and statistics about the project)

Track economic and financial statistics by regions or cities of the Kyrgyz Republic

For operators:

Create new projects and edit them (add information and photo reports)

User Scenarios

Before design, I created a USM map that allows us to see user tasks and simple service interaction experience. It also helps define what will be included in the MVP version

Authorization:

System access is intended for two types of users: operators using special passes, and citizens using login and password

View statistics by regions:

The map shows all economic and financial facilities of the country. Interactive panels on the right display overall financial statistics

Viewing object on the map:

The map helps to quickly check the location of objects. Objects are marked in different colors which indicate their varying degrees of funding and completion
