Clients consistently requested a low-effort alternative that didn't demand advanced design skills.

I developed a concise, user-friendly video tutorial that empowers clients to quickly assemble workshop collateral and export it as a PDF using a provided PowerPoint file. This solution is hosted in Culture Partners' Self-service curriculum center, offering an accessible tool for clients of all skill levels.

Contextual Learning Approach: Instead of a generic PowerPoint tutorial, I focus on the specific task of creating a tailored participant guide. The video uses a real-world scenario—refreshing the Focused Feedback model—to guide users through the process.
