My main client? Tactiq, an AI-powered meeting transcription tool based in Australia. More than 2 years later, the collaboration is still going strong.

Tactiq publishes content at a high frequency across multiple topic categories. The biggest challenge is ensuring every single article meets the brand's quality standards, tone of voice, and SEO requirements, consistently, month after month, without letting anything slip through the cracks.

As Content Manager at Irenechan.co, I oversee the full content pipeline for Tactiq's blog, from the first draft to the moment it goes live.

My role covers three main areas:

Content editing 👉 I review and edit every new article and article update created by the writing team to ensure it follows Tactiq's content guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO requirements before it goes live.

Client communication 👉 I coordinate with the writing team to ensure deadlines are always met, and keep the client updated on the content pipeline progress through Slack when needed.

Blog publishing 👉 I prepare every article for publication (formatting, visual banner design in Figma, and final quality check) so the technical team can publish it directly in Webflow without additional edits.
