EstateBot - A robot that had to look like it lived somewhere
Overview EstateBot arrived with a product and a name, and nothing else settled. The concept was clear, an AI assistant for Dubai property search, working in Arabic and English, replacing the usual mess of broker WhatsApp threads and four portals listing the same unit at four different prices. What didn't exist was any way for it to show up in the world.
The problem AI assistants and property brands pull in opposite directions. Assistants want to look weightless, blue, and provisional. Property wants to look permanent. Leaning either way misrepresents the product: too light and nobody trusts it with a purchase, too heavy and it doesn't read as intelligent.
The approach Rather than designing a logo and moving on, the work was scoped as a system that had to survive three very different contexts a phone screen, a subway poster, and a stage at a launch event.
That produced one decision everything else hangs from. The mark merges the two categories into a single shape: a house whose window is a robot's visor. Read it as architecture or as a face, and both readings are correct. It holds at favicon size and at stage scale without a second version.
Execution
Primary mark and stacked lockup, built to work at any scale without redrawing
Wordmark set in italic to carry forward motion against the mark's stability
Palette of one violet against deep indigo, so the accent means something everywhere it appears
Chat UI designed light-on-dark, so the conversation reads as the product and the interface recedes
OOH and subway campaign, including a 3D character extension that stays on brand because the mark already allowed a face
Event and launch environment applications at full stage scale
What it gave the client A single mark that covers app store, favicon, print, and stage without variants. A palette disciplined enough that new campaign work stays recognisable without a designer in the loop. And a visual position that reads as a property company using AI, not an AI company visiting property which is the difference between a buyer trusting it with a search and trusting it with a purchase.
Closing An AI brand earns trust when the intelligence looks like it belongs to the category, not visiting it.
