Advenjungle: from a free Wix site to a marketplace

A Nigerian travel studio on a free Wix site, advertising a marketplace it could not actually run because Wix Stores is single vendor. The rebuild had to deliver the marketplace the brand had been promising.
What I built
42 pages designed and built as a working, clickable site
A multi vendor marketplace with vendor stores, cart and checkout
A community area, events with ticketing, and property listings
The travel journal and film library carried across from the old site
The hard part
Scope. Nine separate Wix apps had to become one coherent WordPress build without turning into nine plugins fighting each other. The whole site was proved as a clickable design first, then built on WordPress milestone by milestone.
Where it stands
The WordPress build is complete and tested on every template at 375 pixels wide. The launch is waiting on the client's payment keys and hosting.
