AAJ Motors: booking platform for a transport company

An intercity transport company in Akure, Nigeria, running passenger shuttles, car and truck charters and freight from one terminal. The job was one platform for all of it, where every booking reaches the operations team the moment it is made.
What I built
Seven pages: home, seat booking, charter, freight, the lounge, support and operations
Seat booking with a live fare panel and a three step checkout that issues a ticket reference
Charter requests for the Sienna and the Dyna truck, with a running estimate
Freight quotes by weight band, waybill logging and consignment tracking
An operations dashboard that updates the moment a booking, charter, waybill or help request arrives
The hard part
Keeping every desk in step. A seat sold online, a charter request and a freight waybill all have to reach the operations team straight away. One shared ledger feeds every page, so the dashboard updates the instant a form is sent, and each new entry flashes once so the team can see what just arrived.
How it is built
Hand built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no framework. There are no image files at all: the three vehicles are drawn in code, which keeps every page light, and pages switch without a full reload.
Where it stands
Built and tested end to end, on desktop and at phone width. The company supplies its own fares, timetable and fleet list before launch, so every price on screen is a placeholder.
