Weebro is an all-in-one platform designed to help users create, manage, and grow their projects seamlessly. It brings together everything needed to build and scale, from blogs, analytics, and forms to scheduling, shops, and collaboration tools all in one place.

Blogging: Craft and publish posts easily with an intuitive editor, perfect for personal updates or professional content.

Analytics: Track traffic, engagement, and conversions to make data-driven decisions.

Forms: Create and manage customizable forms for surveys or sign-ups in one central space.

Integrations: Streamline scheduling and appointments with calendar sync.

Shop: Create and manage products and purchases

Share and Invite: Manage access levels, allowing team members to edit or view project information effortlessly.

I was responsible for the product design and management of this project in close collaboration with John Waniyon. Together, we worked on defining user flows, building wireframes, and creating an interface that balanced both functionality and aesthetic appeal. I also coordinated feedback loops with the client to ensure that every design decision aligned with user needs and business goals.

Some iteration challenges arose when the client requested a more colorful and vibrant theme. As much as the team was not against a colorful theme this clashed with the minimalist, functional direction of the design; regardless I created an alternate colorful concept to illustrate the design rationale.

After reviewing both versions, the client appreciated the reasoning and approved a refined theme that balanced vibrancy with usability, enhancing the platform’s visual appeal without compromising structure.

This project deepened my understanding of client collaboration and adaptability. I learned that client feedback isn’t opposition; it’s perspective. Their requests often reveal new creative directions worth exploring. As a designer and product manager, my responsibility is to find the harmony between design integrity and client satisfaction, ensuring the final product aligns with both user needs and the client’s vision. It reinforced that great design isn’t about proving a point; it’s about finding harmony between creativity, usability, and client needs.
