Objective

The goal of this project was to redesign Venixs’ customer service dashboard to improve usability, introduce new AI-driven features, and create a more streamlined workflow for support teams.

Overview

Venixs is an AI-powered customer service platform that helps businesses streamline communication, improve response efficiency, and enhance collaboration among support teams.
Some of its key features include:
Ticketing System: A conversational support ticketing flow designed for intuitive interactions, making issue resolution faster and smarter.
Teammate Activity Management: Tools to manage, assign, and monitor team tasks efficiently for unified support.
Escalation Channels: Intelligent escalation paths that integrate with external tools to handle complex issues smoothly.
This redesign focused on improving navigation clarity, information hierarchy, and system feedback visibility to help users focus on what matters most which is excellent customer service.

My Role

I served as the sole product designer on this project. My responsibilities included redesigning the existing dashboard, enhancing the user experience, and integrating new features that align with both user goals and business objectives. I also facilitated review sessions with stakeholders to ensure that design iterations aligned with the company’s vision.

Highlights

As part of the redesign, I introduced several new features and refinements that improved the product’s workflow and visual hierarchy.
The challenge was to maintain a simple, efficient interface while incorporating advanced functionalities like widget customizations, ticket automation and AI-powered responses. Designing for a system that balances automation with human support required extensive iteration and testing.

Introspection

Working on Venixs was a deeply rewarding experience that improved both my design thinking and business understanding. It taught me the importance of designing not just for usability, but for scalability and operational clarity, ensuring the design supports real business workflows and measurable outcomes.
Collaborating directly with stakeholders also strengthened my ability to translate business goals into design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and product adoption.
