Macula’s identity begins with the way light changes our perception of space. For an architectural lighting brand, this gives the visual system a concept rooted in the practice itself: revealing form, directing attention and establishing atmosphere.
The symbol becomes a generative asset. Its geometry extends into patterns through repetition and rhythm, creating a connection between the mark and the broader graphic language. This relationship allows the identity to remain recognizable across different compositions while giving each application room to develop.
Motion adds a temporal dimension to that system. Changes in scale, rotation and illumination explore how the same form can produce different readings. These behaviors become part of the brand’s expression, carrying the concept into how the identity moves and responds.
Macula builds recognition through this shared logic between symbol, pattern and behavior. Each application develops the same idea, contributing to a coherent and distinctive visual vocabulary.
