ChatGPT UX Research UI Redesign

Project description. For this project, I conducted comprehensive UX research using the double-diamond methodology for ChatGPT. Interviewed over 150 users, gathering insights. Research revealed users struggle with crafting prompts, editing messages, and accessing chat histories. Created user persona and empathy map to understand challenges.

Through co-creation with users, developed solutions to enhance ChatGPT UX. Implemented curated solutions and evaluated effectiveness via usability testing with users. Leveraged qualitative and quantitative findings throughout the research process.
