ChatGPT UX Research UI Redesign

In this project, I conducted a comprehensive UX research process from start to finish using the double-diamond methodology. I interviewed over 150 ChatGPT users during the research phase, gathering valuable insights and information to explore and solve various problems related to the ChatGPT experience.

Conducted qualitative and quantitative research to identify key user challenges, such as crafting effective prompts, editing previous messages, and accessing previous chat histories.

Created a user persona and an empathy map to deeply understand user challenges.

Developed optimal solutions for enhancing the ChatGPT UX through a co-creation process with users.

Implemented curated solutions and evaluated their effectiveness through usability testing.

Uncovered key insights that informed the development of user-friendly features.

Delivered highly intuitive and easy-to-use integrations that significantly improved the overall user experience.

Demonstrated the ability to conduct comprehensive research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
