Product Vision & Visual Language Development

This project came from a consulting agency working on a new product that’s still under NDA. I received only a short brief — two lines describing the problem — and the task was to explore the concept, long-term vision, and visual language of the platform.
I centered the exploration around one core idea: Clarity.
How can complex signals, insights, and opportunities move through a system in a way that feels intuitive and actionable?
How can a platform help a business see patterns, uncover new revenue streams, and spot ventures before they exist?
Over 11 frames, I visualized:
early concept directions
product vision themes
interaction patterns
UI style and material language
how “insights” could flow through the system
how clarity becomes a guide for decision-making
This was a creative + strategic exploration, shaping the foundation of a new product without revealing any of the confidential details.
Curious which direction resonates most — the terrain visuals, the insight flows, or the system-level vision?
Exploration of how complex signals can be expressed as living terrain. Peaks and clusters represent emerging patterns, while the gradient flow shows how insights move through the system. This direction helped define the platform’s metaphor for clarity and opportunity discovery.
A ‘breathing system’ concept — visualizing insights as an organic flow that expands, contracts, and shifts like a living organism. This direction explores how signals evolve in real time, helping teams sense emerging opportunities rather than just viewing static data.
This direction explores how familiar analytical visuals (grids, arcs, markers) can merge with a more fluid insight model, creating clarity without losing the organic feel of emerging opportunities.
A concept built around the idea of ‘new life’ — visualizing a signal forming its own nucleus, energy flow, and structure. This direction represents how a single insight can grow into a new opportunity, product, or venture when given the right conditions.
Hexagon-based system exploration — one of my personal favorites. Each cell represents a different capability or signal type, allowing the interface to reconfigure itself based on user roles, goals, and decision needs. This direction explores a more modular, build-your-own experience where every user can assemble an interface that fits their workflow.
The client’s favorite direction, especially for representing depth, discovery, and the idea of multiple insight layers coming together.
