Biotech Longevity company on a mission to transform the way we think about skin

Our clear objective was to seamlessly integrate the new brand with a subscription model. Following the successful implementation of our Go-to-Market strategy, our next goal was to establish a robust infrastructure focused on performance and reliability. This foundation laid the groundwork for our expansion into the professional sector while aligning with established e-commerce best practices.
A well-defined vision drove our continuous improvement efforts, with User-Centered Design (UCD) consistently guiding our decisions.
Now, two years after launch, the subscription model has become a key revenue driver for OneSkin, accounting for over 80% of total sales. We’ve also expanded our product line to six offerings, with more exciting releases in development. This evolved structure not only aligns the brand with its broader strategy but also reinforces our position in the market.

We invested significant time in carefully designing and defining components for versatile use across internal product renders, product shots, human-focused imagery, scientific illustrations, and background videos.

Opportunities

The focus is on delivering a seamless, meaningful, memorable, and manageable experience through a native mobile platform. This approach has proven successful in the past and reinforces the importance of attention to detail and performance.
The infrastructure is viewed as a critical foundation for ongoing improvement. By integrating core design principles and rigorously testing each stage of the process, we aim to build an optimized e-commerce experience that adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across touchpoints. The ultimate goal is to boost engagement and drive sales.

With a conversion-focused mindset, the product page is designed to adapt seamlessly to brand updates and accommodate a variety of layout variations — from 3-column to 1-column formats — without compromising clarity or impact.

Mobile foundation

We prioritize performance by using native components, ensuring fast load times and smooth interaction across all devices. This approach naturally supports high-conversion deep links and delivers a stunning, frictionless mobile experience.

Menu

We explored elegant navigation patterns and subtle microinteractions to elevate the browsing experience, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive, responsive, and brand-aligned.

Final Thoughts

This project reflects a long-term commitment to quality, performance, and continuous refinement. By combining a strong mobile foundation with a conversion-driven layout and scalable design system, we built an e-commerce experience that evolves with the brand.
Every design decision — from hero components to microinteractions — was shaped by a clear vision: to deliver a seamless, memorable journey that aligns with OneSkin’s scientific credibility and growth strategy. With a flexible structure, native performance, and attention to detail, this platform is built not just to support sales — but to scale with confidence.
