MAS Prime is a comprehensive white-label iOS, Android, and responsive web application developed for a leading bank in Lebanon. Designed to streamline operations for entities, merchants, and outlets, the platform enables efficient sales tracking, service request management, and transaction issue resolution. Users can raise and monitor requests, manage terminal systems, and access detailed transaction reports. Additional features include real-time tracking of requests, integration with campaigns and newsletters published by the bank, and seamless scalability across various banking structures. The platform connects all these functionalities under one unified, user-friendly interface.

The primary challenge was to design a cohesive system that accommodated the diverse needs of users across different roles—entities, merchants, and outlet managers—while maintaining an intuitive interface. Translating intricate workflows like terminal service management, sales tracking, and transaction issue resolution into seamless user experiences demanded a thorough understanding of user needs and operational complexities.

Our team started the project by conducting a kickoff meeting to align on goals and expectations. We explored user workflows and operational pain points through journey mapping, which informed the key features of the MVP. Wireframes and prototypes were iteratively developed and tested with users to refine the designs. A robust design system was created to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.

The final solution was a polished set of high-fidelity designs for iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms. The designs introduced a user-centric interface that simplified complex workflows, ensured consistency through a robust design system, and integrated seamlessly with banking operations.

Key features included streamlined sales tracking, intuitive service request management, and efficient transaction review mechanisms. Advanced functionalities such as real-time request tracking and direct access to bank campaigns and newsletters enhanced the user experience. User testing validated the designs' effectiveness, leading to refinements that further optimized usability.

This solution enabled the bank to centralize its operations, empower users with actionable insights, and foster better communication, ultimately revolutionizing their operational efficiency.

This project reinforced the importance of collaboration and iterative testing in addressing complex design challenges. It also deepened my expertise in responsive design for enterprise-level applications and strengthened my ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Moving forward, I aim to further refine my approach to designing scalable and impactful solutions for diverse user bases.
