🧠 About the Project: American SUV is a comprehensive car repair and service platform designed to connect vehicle owners with trusted mechanics and service centers. The homepage serves as the digital front door, making it easy for users to explore services, book appointments, and access expert automotive advice—all in one place.

🚧 The Challenge: The client wanted to establish American SUV as a reliable, user-friendly destination for car owners, but needed:

A professional, approachable interface that builds trust and credibility

Clear navigation for users to quickly find services, parts, and accessories

A homepage that highlights expertise, customer testimonials, and easy booking

A scalable design system to support future features like online diagnostics and loyalty programs

✍️ My Approach: As the lead designer, I managed the end-to-end product design process, including:

User Flow Mapping: Designed intuitive flows for service discovery, appointment booking, and customer inquiries

Homepage Design: Developed a visually engaging homepage featuring service categories, special offers, and customer reviews

Trust Elements: Incorporated testimonials, certifications, and a “Who We Are” section to reinforce reliability

Visual Identity: Established a bold, automotive-inspired color palette (reds, blues, and whites), strong iconography, and clean typography for a modern, trustworthy look

Scalability: Built a modular design system to easily add new services, promotions, and educational content ✅ Results Delivered a polished, responsive homepage that feels professional, welcoming, and easy to navigate. The new design increased user engagement and appointment bookings, positioning American SUV as a leader in the car repair and service industry.
