🧠 About the Project: Scribe-AI is an AI-powered web application that acts as a smart meeting assistant. It records meetings, transcribes conversations in real time, and generates actionable insights, allowing users to stay focused while the AI handles note-taking, task identification, and summarization.

🚧 The Challenge: The client needed to position Scribe-AI as a seamless extension of professional workflows, with a key focus on:

A clean, intuitive UI that supports high information density without cognitive overload

Real-time transcription with multi-language detection and translation

A centralized dashboard for audio notes, AI summaries, and analytics

Scalability for enterprise features like team collaboration and advanced insights

Designed a split-view interface for real-time transcription and post-meeting summaries

Created visual elements like waveform animations and agenda timelines to boost user engagement

Developed a tagging and insights module that categorized key moments like decisions, action items, and outcomes

Built a robust dashboard to visualize meeting metrics like speaking time, sentiment trends, and topic breakdowns

Applied a sleek, professional design system with soft purples for calm, gradient accents for flow, and rounded cards for a modern, SaaS-friendly aesthetic
