Waggle is an AI co-pilot for remote and hybrid teams, automating management admin, delivering timely nudges and coaching in real-time to help you lead and support your team effectively, every day.

From sending you specific questions to ask your report to telling you to talk less and listen more—Waggle adapts to your leadership skills gaps and helps you fill them.

- The objective of this mission was to design the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the SaaS that Waggle wanted to launch. We started by conducting video interviews with leads who had signed up on the waiting page. The goal was to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face and develop a solution to simplify their lives.

- Next, I worked on the user flow and wireframes for each section of the app, including onboarding, tasks, and meetings. Additionally, I incorporated all the events that need to be tracked in order to analyze the onboarding funnel, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement (using PostHog).

- Finally, I translated all this work into UI screens and a Design System, following the client's and development team's requirements.
