- Loyaly started as an enterprise app with custom integrations with client CRM. To attract more clients, the team decided to make the SaaS easier to use and available for Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento users.

- The mission's goal was to redesign the entire dashboard and create a design system to facilitate collaboration between designers and developers.

- I designed the website with a primary focus on Shopify and Woocommerce users, rather than enterprise users who prioritize a sales-first approach over self-service.
