I recently worked on organizing a CRM customer database for a small business.

What I did:

✓ Cleaned 500+ customer records ✓ Removed duplicates & fixed formatting errors ✓ Organized data by Status: Active, New Lead, Follow-up, Closed ✓ Created easy-to-read dashboard for client
