What: An online retail experience for both desktop and mobile devices where users build a custom “crate” of pop culture goods.
Role: ScrumMaster, Meeting Orchestrator, Airtable Space Builder
Teams Involved: Web, Graphic Design, Social Media, Email, Warehouse/Fulfillment
After building a backlog of features for the MVP (minimum viable product), I established a 5 sprint (10 week) timeline agreement between the executing teams and project stakeholders. From there teams had weekly standups as action items progressed through the pipeline. The experience was ready for launch 1 sprint (2 weeks) ahead of schedule, allowing for additional time to develop inventor and postlaunch features.
