The response to my initial work with the Creative Studio team at Radical Share was so positive that I was asked to build out a much larger workflow that spanned multiple teams and client brands. Each team wanted their own space (including previous project data imported from Asana) where they could manage their own workloads and schedules, while stakeholders wanted data for a single brand all in one place. Furthermore, each team’s ticketing had to connect to another’s. The result were a series of Brand Bases—areas where tickets and campaigns were created for a specific client brand—and Team Bases—areas where that team’s specific tasks were synced over from Brand Bases. In the end, everyone got what they wanted: Individual teams had their own spaces to manage their time and resources, account managers had their one-stop-shops for everything going on with their client brand, and high-level stakeholders had their master dashboard to see how everything was progressing overall.
Additionally, integrations with Teams and HootSuite allowed for more streamlined communication and asset publication.
