UX/UI Design for Automotive Ecommerce

I designed MAX MOTOR as a digital platform focused on enhancing the user experience (UX) in the automotive ecommerce space. As a UX/UI designer and web designer, my goal was to create a functional, user-centered interface that simplifies the journey from vehicle discovery to purchase.

The project began with extensive user research, including the creation of buyer personas and competitive benchmarking. I identified common friction points—such as confusing navigation and overly complex forms—and developed targeted UX solutions to streamline the user journey and improve usability.

I crafted a clear information architecture and mapped out user flows to support key tasks like advanced search, vehicle comparison, and contact with sellers. This ensured that users could quickly access relevant information and complete their goals with minimal effort.

Using Figma, I built a modular design system with reusable components for consistency and scalability. The visual design emphasizes trust and clarity through a clean color palette, accessible typography, and well-defined hierarchies. I applied responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across all devices.

I developed high-fidelity prototypes and conducted usability testing with real users to gather actionable feedback. Based on these insights, I refined the interface to improve interaction patterns, visual clarity, and overall user satisfaction.

MAX MOTOR is a user-centered digital product that blends UX/UI design and web design to deliver an accessible, intuitive, and visually engaging experience. This project demonstrates my ability to align business goals with user needs through strategic, data-informed design.
