Custom WordPress Website for AgTech Startup – BeamCropTech

As a web designer and WordPress developer, I led the complete design-to-development workflow for BeamCropTech — an innovative AgTech startup aiming to bring cutting-edge technology to the agricultural industry.
The goal was to craft a digital presence that communicates trust, innovation, and accessibility to both investors and industry stakeholders. The result is a fully responsive and SEO-optimized WordPress website built with Elementor, based on a custom Figma design.
Design Process (UI/UX in Figma):
The design phase started with in-depth research on BeamCropTech’s industry, competitors, and target audience. Based on that, I built a streamlined design system and UI kit in Figma, ensuring visual consistency across the site.
Wireframes and low-fidelity mockups to define structure and hierarchy
Visual design using the brand’s color palette and typography
Custom icons and imagery to support key concepts (crop technology, data science, sustainability)
Mobile-first design strategy to prioritize usability on smaller screens
Collaborative feedback cycles with the client using Figma's comment system
The focus was on clarity, simplicity, and highlighting BeamCropTech’s mission and value proposition through visual storytelling and user-centric design.
Development Process (WordPress + Elementor):
Once the design was approved, I moved to development using WordPress CMS and Elementor Pro to allow for easy future edits by the client team.
Custom theme structure using Elementor’s flexible layout system
Semantic HTML and clean CSS for maintainability and SEO performance
Responsive breakpoints finely tuned for tablets and mobile devices
Image compression and lazy loading to ensure fast load times
Setup of on-page SEO: proper use of H1–H3 hierarchy, meta titles, and alt text
Tested across all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
The final site is easy to manage, scalable, and optimized for both user experience and search engine visibility — a great example of design and development working seamlessly together.
